Flat rate shipping is $7.95. FREE SHIPPING available for all orders $69+.
SHIPPING GUIDELINES
Allow up to 2-3 business days for processing. Some in-stock items may ship as soon as 1-2 days. Shipping times typically take anywhere from 5 to 7 days and packages are not insured. If shipping to a PO Box, please also provide a physical address for UPS deliveries. Make sure you are shipping to a secure location. We are not responsible for stolen packages.
You are responsible for entering the correct delivery address for your package. Any returned packages will be subject to returned shipping fees.
Please note that if you do not enter the correct billing address that is on file with your bank, we will not ship your order until further verification is obtained. This is to prevent credit card fraud and protect us and our customers. We are not responsible for packages once they have been delivered to your mailbox or left at your address. Please make sure you are shipping to a secure location or upgrade to priority mail shipping.
PRIORITY PROCESSING OPTION
You may upgrade to the Priority Processing Option in order to push your order up the daily order list. These packages are tagged as P1 orders, which will let us know to push them out with high urgency.
TRACKING INFO
You will receive an email with your tracking number once your item has shipped. In cases of delayed shipments, please feel free to contact us and will help to get it resolved as quickly as possible.
RETURNS
Full refunds are eligible for non-personalized items only. These item(s) must be in its original form with no odors, tears, damages, etc.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All returns and exchanges must be made within 14 days. Eligible returns must in the same condition that you received it. Please ship package back to the return mailing address. We will give you a full refund within 7 days of purchase of any item has not been worn and is free of odor, hair, lint, etc. The item must still be in new condition. Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning the item(s) for exchange, unless the error is on our part.
DAMAGED ITEMS
In the unfortunate event that you receive a damaged or the wrong item- No worries. We'll provide a free shipping label for the return and or exchange your item for you.
Please keep your tracking number.
EXHANGE PROCESSING
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your exchange promptly.

Refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. It usually takes 3-5 business days to return to your card.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that sometimes plans change! If you need to cancel an order, here's how it works:
- You may cancel any order that has not yet been shipped.
- To request a cancellation, please email us at shop@kilaskustomz.com as soon as possible.
- After that window, we cannot guarantee cancellation if your order has already been processed for fulfillment.
Once your order has shipped, we’re no longer able to cancel it. You’ll need to follow our return or exchange policy (if eligible).
How long does it take to receive an order?
Standard turn around time typically take 5-7 business days.
What fabric shirts do we use?
We use Gildan 100% cotton, unisex style shirts. They are typically true to size and have very little shrinkage after wash.
How can I track my order?
You will receive an email upon creation of the shipping label, which means your order is getting ready to go out the door and be shipped to you. You may use the tracking number that will be provided to track your package once it has left my care.

• Machine wash cold on gentle cycle
Cold water = longer-lasting prints + softer fabric.
• Use mild detergent
Avoid bleach or fabric softeners — they can damage the design.
• Tumble dry low OR hang to dry
Air drying keeps the print looking brand new.
• Do NOT iron directly on the design
If needed, iron inside out or place a cloth over the print.
• Do NOT dry clean
Harsh chemicals can break down the print.
