RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All returns and exchanges must be made within 14 days. Eligible returns must in the same condition that you received it. Please ship package back to the return mailing address. We will give you a full refund within 7 days of purchase of any item has not been worn and is free of odor, hair, lint, etc. The item must still be in new condition. Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning the item(s) for exchange, unless the error is on our part.
DAMAGED ITEMS
In the unfortunate event that you receive a damaged or the wrong item- No worries. We'll provide a free shipping label for the return and or exchange your item for you.
Please keep your tracking number.
EXHANGE PROCESSING
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your exchange promptly.

Refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. It usually takes 3-5 business days to return to your card.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that sometimes plans change! If you need to cancel an order, here's how it works:
- You may cancel any order that has not yet been shipped.
- To request a cancellation, please email us at shop@kilaskustomz.com as soon as possible.
- After that window, we cannot guarantee cancellation if your order has already been processed for fulfillment.
Once your order has shipped, we’re no longer able to cancel it. You’ll need to follow our return or exchange policy (if eligible).
